Services

Valve Services

Precision machining for valve internals — trim manufacturing, seat reconditioning, stem burnishing, and weld overlay coordination.

We machine the components that go inside valves. Seat rings, stems, plugs, and discs — manufactured new to drawing, or reproduced from worn parts when no drawings exist. We support valve service contractors and end users who need precision trim, seat face reconditioning, stem burnishing, and coordinated overlay work. Our scope is the machined parts; your authorized valve service contractor handles disassembly, assembly, and return-to-service certification.

CAPABILITIES

What We Deliver

Industry-standard processes documented at every step.

Valve trim manufacturing — seat rings, stems, plugs, discs
Seat face assessment (remaining material measurement for re-cut decisions)
Seat face re-cutting and reconditioning
Stem OD burnishing — diamond-tip burnishing tool
ID and bonnet bore burnishing — hardened roller
Backseat and body seat machining
Pre-weld overlay prep machining (undercut and surface preparation)
Post-weld overlay finish machining to final dimensions
Reverse engineering of obsolete trim — no drawings required
Weld overlay coordination — Stellite, Inconel, stainless (third-party applied, pre- and post-machined by us)
Seat lapping and grinding (coordinated through supplier network)
Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing (coordinated through supplier network)

APPLICATIONS

Where It Ships

QA & DOCUMENTATION

What ships with every job

Every component we manufacture or machine ships with dimensional inspection documentation and MTRs for all materials used. For weld overlay work, the overlay certificate comes from the third-party applicator; we supply the pre- and post-machining documentation. Hydrostatic and pneumatic test reports are available when testing is included in scope — coordinated through our supplier network.
