Materials We Work With

Mild and alloy carbon steels, stainless, nickel alloys, super duplex, wear metals, and precision polymers — sourced from vetted suppliers with full MTR traceability.

We machine a broad range of industrial materials across metals, alloys, and precision polymers. Every material we purchase comes from our approved vendor list — suppliers who provide genuine mill test reports before we buy. We review the MTR before the purchase order goes out, not after the material arrives. That discipline means the documentation our customers receive is traceable to the actual heat and lot, not assembled after the fact.

QA & DOCUMENTATION

What ships with every job

Every material lot is backed by a genuine mill test report (MTR/MTC) traceable to the original producing mill. We review MTR documentation before purchasing. All material suppliers are on our approved vendor list. Where the application requires it, positive material identification (PMI) can be coordinated through certified third-party testing.
