Valve Mounting Kits
Custom actuator-to-valve mounting solutions — modeled, verified, and built to fit.
We manufacture custom valve mounting kits (VMKs) for actuator-to-valve interfacing. Every kit starts from your valve and actuator data — bolt patterns, shaft geometry, and rated output. Bracket geometry and hardware are sized to the actuator's rated output, and the full assembly is modeled in SolidWorks with interference detection before a single part is machined. When the kit arrives on site during your shutdown, it fits. We also build position sensor mounting brackets — Topworks DXP, TXP, and equivalent sensors — including on gear-operated valves where no standard mounting face exists.
