BVA TP-SERIES
Multi-Turn to Linear. Built to Your Interface.
The BVA TP-Series Linear Drive is a precision-manufactured actuator component designed to convert multi-turn electric actuator rotation into controlled axial thrust via an Acme screw drive mechanism. Built to exacting tolerances in our Alberta facility, each unit is fully traceable from raw material to finished component.
The TP-Series is designed to interface with a wide range of multi-turn electric actuator platforms, including Bettis, Rotork, Torq/Plus, RTS, and Fisher-style configurations. Custom output geometry is available to match your specific actuator interface — contact us with your actuator model for a fit confirmation.

HOW IT WORKS
Rotary In. Linear Out.
A multi-turn electric actuator spins its output shaft — your TP-Series linear drive converts that rotation into controlled axial thrust through a precision Acme screw and bronze nut. The sliding stem moves linearly while the body stays fixed, delivering push-pull force to your valve or mechanism.
- Converts multi-turn electric actuator output to linear stem thrust
- Acme screw drive with bronze nut — proven, field-serviceable design
- Internal mechanical travel stops — no external limit switches required for stroke control
- Needle roller thrust bearings for high axial load capacity
- Factory pre-lubricated with synthetic EP grease rated to -40°C
- Powder coated body — customer-specified finish available
- Material certifications available on request
